Why are you making this change?

Shell Fleet Solutions constantly strives to improve products and services for customers. We are upgrading your card program, to continue to add new features which will give you the latest tools to help you run your business more efficiently.

Will my new cards need to be activated?

No, your new Shell Fleet Plus cards will arrive activated and ready for use. For security purposes, Driver IDs (PINS) will arrive in a separate mailing.

Will my account number change?

Yes, your new account number is 13 digits long and will begin with 0496. Your new account number can be found on your invoice.

Will I receive two invoices?

Yes, only until you stop using the old account and all purchases made on your old cards are paid in full.

What do I need to do with my old cards?

Continue using your current cards until you receive your new ones in the mail. The new cards will be active upon arrival. Start using your new cards right away and destroy the old ones.

Will I have a new remit address?

Yes, you will need to update your book keeping systems with the following address: WEX Canada LTD. P.O. BOX 57724, Postal Station A, Toronto ON M5W 5M5

Will my reporting package change?

Your reporting package will include all of the same information as well as additional reporting for better insight into your account.
